Residential and Commercial Insurance Inspector

Information Providers, Inc., is seeking part time and full time employees to conduct appraisal type surveys. You would work independently from your home. If you enjoy the outdoors, meeting people, are organized, have leadership qualities, enjoy driving, like low stress and computers, then contact us.
IPI is a leader in 32 states conducting insurance surveys on single family homes and small businesses for insurance purposes. We observe and report conditions and hazards along with identifying the characteristics of the buildings and premises. Digital photos and building measurements are also provided. The information is processed through your home computer via the internet to our processing center.
The average survey ranges from 10 to 30 minutes for an experienced inspector. Fees vary depending on the type of report, but you should average $12-15 per hour or better.
You receive your work orders via a daily email and have 21 days to complete and process the survey. You are paid a fee for each report and a portion of your fees are non-taxable. Your earnings are deposited directly into your bank account on a bi-weekly basis. You are not paid for gas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
dependable car and clean driving record
digital camera, modern computer with high speed internet, and a smart phone
excellent work ethic with above average organizational skills are mandatory requirements for this position.
You must pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check prior to being hired by our company.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
