Local Leasing Representative
Shopping center development company is seeking a salesperson to lease temporary space within the Westland Mall (West Burlington, IA).
Key responsibilities will include cold calling, deal negotiation, closing the deal, and participating in the property management team.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated and organized.
Commercial real estate sales and/or sales experience are a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
