We are an automotive parts manufacturing organization providing innovative solutions and systems to global customers in the automotive, light truck, small engine, and industrial markets. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to work in our receiving and distribution departments as an administrative technician.
This position will be responsible for performing general clerical duties of a routine or semi-routine nature. Duties may include compiling, formatting and checking reports, typing/data entry, filing, etc. The position will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordinating of the shipping of product to customers (including OEMs) to meet customer requirements. The position will maintain finished goods and aftermarket inventories and related reports; coordinate miscellaneous, returnables, aftermarket, OEM, Auburn and Industrial shipments; arrange specific modes of transfer including expedited and parcel carriers, truckload and less than truckload carriers, and ocean containers; create labels and master labels for OEM shipments that meet customer and AIAG standards; collate shipping documents printed from the current operating system as well as bills of lading, packing lists and export documents; prioritize OEM shipments to meet customer demands; structure and submit ASNs using customer web sites, portals, EDI transmittal, and third parties; and reconcile and /or dispute shipment discrepancies.
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential to your success at Federal-Mogul. Overtime may be required and the flexibility to work non-standard hours is critical to success in this position.
An Associates Degree required in business related field is required. Excellent organizational and computer skills are required including working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database setup and usage. Successful candidate will be a team player and self-starter with ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. SAP experience very beneficial.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
