Accountant/Bookkeeper - North Hill Resources

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with strong accounting background to join our team.
This position at North Hill Resources is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to accounting staff and management.
This position supports efficient and accurate clerical and administrative operations as well as running/backing up retail sales and scale.
Thisis 'on site position'.
Essential Responsibilities Responsible for Accounts Payable.
Monthly bank reconciliation.
Balance and input Daily Cash/Sales and Credit Card transactions into accounting software.
Input jobs/customer info into accounting software.
Oversee customer accounts/credit limits and balances.
Send out statements and contact customers with all past due billings.
Prepare billings for NHR material.
ProcessWeekly/Biweekly Payroll and completing quarterly Payroll tax reports.
Completing monthly Excise Tax Returns.
Conduct monthly reporting to the Owner of the company.
Oversee/maintain NHR's customer relations/accounts and maintain product knowledge necessary to answer customer questions.
Back up scale/retail sales/phones - Every other Saturday Education/Experience BA degree in accounting, finance or related field or five years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting concepts such as accounts payable and receivable required.
Two years of experience with retail/customer service environment.
Computer Ease Software knowledge a plus.
Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Scale house experience a plus.

Compensation Range:
The salary range includes the minimum, midpoint, and maximum base salary values.
A candidate's offer can vary depending on differentiating factors, including but not limited to education, training, or experience.
This position would be Non-Exempt Salary to meet new WA State Dept.
of Labor & Industry Standards for employers 1-50 employees.
Non - Exempt Salary $50,000.
00 - $70,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
