Duties Performs routine office, clerical tasks under the direction of the Intake Director and Administrator as necessary.
Responsibilities Receives, maintains, and organizes all new intake service agreements in the EMR under the direct supervision of the Intake Director Maintains and organizes intake records in our EMR database in accordance with the Agency's protocol Creates all new patient folders in BOX for new intake Enters new intake onto Intake spreadsheet with all necessary information Assists as needed inputting new patient information onto Master Patient Census Maintains confidentiality of all patient and staff information Enters all new Intake into Sales Force as service agreements are obtained from Intake Director Assists in providing quality control for the intake process Follows all Agency policies and procedures Position requires computer skills It is primarily a desk job which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone and electronic communication Travel may be required, by car or airplane to local, out-of-town or state seminars, conferences or meetings It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts The ability to read 12 point and larger type is required One must be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
